Our Mission 

Succor Immigration Services Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing elite immigration services to low-income individuals.  Our mission is to guide, support, and give hope to families in need of immigration services who cannot afford a private attorney or immigration practitioner due to their income situation.

Succor Immigration Services Inc. strives to provide a better quality of life for immigrants in the United States and abroad, by assisting them with the appropriate documentation and the proper instructions to adhere by, as set forth by the United States Citizenship and Immigration laws and services.

We also strive to provide services to immigrants including education, document preparation, and assistance with administrative paperwork typically used by American citizens and/or legal residents. Our organization has an advocacy mission designed to address legal, social, and economical issues related to immigrant citizens.

The B-1 / B-2 tourist or tour visa is for people traveling to the United States temporarily. For this, form DS-160 is filled out and appointments are made for taking fingerprints and photos and for the interview with the Consul.

Keila Peña

FOUNDER & CEO

Keila Peña has served in a variety of leadership roles in cooperate operations for the last 23 years.  She has been part of several non-profit executive boards and has a passion for mentoring and helping others achieve a better quality of life.  Her passion for helping others is rooted in her faith and her belief that we are all equal in the eyes of God.  Mrs. Peña holds a Master degree in Industrial Engineering from SUNY Buffalo, is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and is an Arturo A. Schomburg Fellow.

 

Manuel PEÑA

CHAIR

Manuel Peña is a proud father of three that has partnered with his wife of over 20 years to help others help themselves.  His love to learn and to teach has guided his career for the past 20 years throughout multiple corporations in the Supply Chain field. Mr. Peña holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo.

 

Will Uter

TREASURER

Will Uter has served in a variety of leadership roles in the manufacturing and finance industries for the past 19 years.  He began his career as a process engineer, then moved into continuous improvement, project management, risk and compliance disciplines.  Uter holds a Bachelors of Science in Electromechanical Engineering from Alfred State College and a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.  He has served on the Executive Board for the North Palmetto F3 Foundation and the Historic Paradise Foundation which are organizations that enrich the community.

Roberto Cabrera

VICE CHAIR

Roberto Cabrera is a decorated firefighter serving the Rochester, New York community.  During his career of over 23 years he has been recognized multiple times as a distinguished firefighter, earned multiple “Life Saving” awards, and ultimately awarded the Medal of Valor.  Mr. Cabrera is also a veteran of the US Navy.  

 

Moses Rivera

SECRETARY

Moses Rivera is a member of the New York State Department of Community Correctional Services, serving the Rochester, New York community for over 21 years.  Driven by his desire to help others, his goal is to ensure that all people have an opportunity to grow and reach their full potential.  Mr. Rivera holds a Bachelor in Criminal Justice from the University at Buffalo.
